To ensure successful communications within organizations, this workshop addresses key issues of effective verbal and nonverbal communications which are continually exchanged in the workplace, oftentimes without much planning or even the thought that such communications are taking place. Participants assess their communication styles and learn to deal with different communication styles as well.

By the end of the course you will feel confident in your understanding of:
