Course Purposes

To ensure successful communications within organizations, this workshop addresses key issues of effective verbal and nonverbal communications which are continually exchanged in the workplace, oftentimes without much planning or even the thought that such communications are taking place. Participants assess their communication styles and learn to deal with different communication styles as well.

Course Objectives:

By the end of this course each attendee will be able to

  • Communicate formally and informally in business so there is a mutual understanding between the sender and the receiver.
